Shenzhen MGM Hotel is a holiday project integrating entertainment, luxury and rest, relying on Xiaomeisha Bank, which is known as "beautiful legend" in the east of Shenzhen. Hotel appearance extraction ocean dynamic, with smooth S-shaped line design. More than 300 spacious and luxurious modern sea-view rooms and suites offer beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. MELLOW adheres to the ultimate pursuit of quality of life and artistic aesthetics, and customizes the exclusive theme wallpaper and fabric for hotel rooms.

The project is located in the core area of Wangfujing Street and ranks among the top ten landmark buildings in Beijing. The hotel adopts Chinese style as a whole. In 2020, CCD, an internationally renowned interior design company, will complete the space design for it. Meizhilun (MELLOW) has completed the intelligent window decoration supporting project of all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel with in-depth cooperation throughout the process. The double-layer lifting control system adopted has overcome many technical difficulties in the field of electric curtains.
